These are G.E. Mazda 2330 Prefocused lightbulbs for use in car headlights. Before bulbs like these existed, car headlight bulbs had to be adjusted and focused manually. These bulbs eliminated that problem with factory pre-focusing. I don't know exactly in what time period these bulbs were used, but it might have been the 1940's. Still, these bulbs are very easy to get on eBay.
