This bulb has a very unusual 140v rating, and a very unusual "SOLAR" logo. The normal Solar logo is very different (you can see it on the buglites page).
This bulb's age is unknown. It could be from 7 to 47 years. I found it on a very unaccessible place in my grandpa's home (It was built in 1956). I believe that it was the first bulb that ever was on that high socket, so it's possible that it's 47 years old. Since I'm not sure, I'll just keep this bulb in the modern lightbulb gallery. Sadly, this bulb is in non-working condition.
