| 1890's Westinghouse Solid Brass Socket |
This is a Westinghouse socket, designed specifically for Westinghouse based lightbulbs. It can also accept Edison based bulbs through the use of an adapter (pics of the adapter will be added later). I got this socket for a very low price ($20), but these usually sell for more. Westinghouse sockets are apparently much harder to find than Thomson-Houston sockets.
This here is another type of Westinghouse socket. It is even harder to find and usually sells for more than the solid brass type. This one was designed to be attached to the ceiling, rather than hang from it. Manufactured by Bryant.
