This is a 230v light bulb, made by Westinghouse. It has a 3 loop carbon filament with two supports, and appears to be handblown. It seems that bulbs with this type of filament configuration (3 loop with twin supports) are always 220-230v bulbs. It has a red patent label sealed in its stem, and barely lights up at 125v.
