These are 'True Light' 40 Watt incandescent chandelier bulbs of the Neodymium Glass variety, part of a product line called 'Reveal' by General Electric. These were made in 2002, and as of 2019 they are still available in certain stores, but are almost gone. The Reveal name is still in use, but it is quickly migrating to LED light bulbs.
